Free Trial
All plans include a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. Billing begins automatically through Shopify after the trial period ends.
How Billing Works
- Podmaster is billed through Shopify's recurring application charges
- Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice
- You can view your current plan and usage in Settings → Subscription
Changing Plans
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:
- Upgrade — Takes effect immediately. You'll get access to higher limits right away.
- Downgrade — Takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Make sure your usage is within the new plan's limits before downgrading.
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, simply uninstall Podmaster from your Shopify admin. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. Your data is retained for 30 days after uninstall in case you decide to reinstall.
If you exceed your plan's product, storage, or order limits, you'll need to upgrade before creating new products or processing additional orders.
