Add Personalization Default Settings
Through Personalization Rules Assets, you can set various rules for customizing product to suit your needs. Generally, there are 3 parameters here. They are Text Setting, Design Area Setting, and Image Setting.
Text Setting
- Add text tool: show button to add text on canvas area.
- Max number of text: limit the amount of text added.
Design Area Setting
- Show design area line: display boundary on design area.
- Design area line color: choose your favorite color for the boundary line.
- Design area line thickness: set up the thickness for the boundary line.
Image Setting
- Upload image tool: show button to upload image on canvas area.
- Add clipart tool: show button to add clipart (gallery image assets) on canvas area.
- Image from Facebook: allow uploading image directly from Facebook.
- Image from Instagram: allow uploading image directly from Instagram.
- Minimum image of DPI: restrict the DPI quality of customer can add.
- Max. number of images: limit the amount of image added.
Creating Personalization Rules
Open POD Master, find Assets, then click on Personalization Rules.
Click on the "Add new rule" button on the top of the right side.
Fill in the basic information: title and note if needed.
You can start personalize the rules for your custom products. After you finish setting up the rules, don't forget to save it by clicking "Save rules" button on the bottom at the right side.
Finally, you've succeeded in creating new personalization rules in your POD Master Assets. Here, you can make specific personalization rules as default setting or remove it. You can also edit your specific personalization rules by clicking its name.
